So... Apparently Sydney is in the midst of the coldest December for sixty years. Merry Christmas to us, huh?
On the plus side, the les miserables weather allowed me to take my fly new loafers for a spin, sans the Sweaty Foot Syndrome that would occur if I attempted to do so during a usual Sydney summer. I purchased said awesome leopard-print flats a couple of weeks ago from TOPSHOP, via a rad new shopping website, ClubQT. I am pretty lazy, so I was overjoyed to discover it; the site houses over 150 international online stores in one place, meaning you can search for hundreds of versions of the one item you're coveting and compare prices in an instant. Plus, there's a sweet Fitting Room function, which allows you to drag and drop items to survey an entire outfit. It's like playing with paper dolls!
In conclusion, I don't know why I look so startled in this photo.
